Pleno belga en el mundial Sub23, Joran Wyseure sorprende y es campeón del mundo

Pleno belga en el mundial Sub23 masculino de ciclocross que se ha disputado en Fayetteville – Arkansas (Estados Unidos). No sin sorpresa, Joran Wyseure se ha proclamado campeón después de dominar la carrera, estar en primera posición la mayor parte de la misma, abrir u pequeño  hueco sobre sus rivales y aguantar la embestida final de Emiel Verstrynge, plata hoy, y campeón belga de este año.

Thibau Nys ha conseguido finalmente el bronce tras batir batir al sprint a los neerlandeses Ryan Kamp (Campeón de Europa y sexto hoy) y Mees Hendrickx (cuarto), y al británico Cameron Mason (quinto en meta).

El nuevo campeón, Wyseure, ha cumplido el pasado 9 de enero los 21 años,  había ganado dos carreras este año, una en noviembre y otra en el recientemente disputado Trofeo X20 de Hammer y había sido tercero en el campeonato belga y cuarto en el europeo.

Por parte española, Gonzalo Inguanzo ha terminado 16º remontando algunas posiciones en la última vuelta, mientras que Miguel Rodríguez ha sido 24º.
